what you are about to experience has been long in the making, ever since i read the quote from Kevin Lynch, and it reminded me fully of "my" home town, more so, it put wonderfully into words my utopian vision for Sofia - Sofia as a place which will provide the needed environment for the human soul to thrive...

city of doom was conceived and exists as a document to showcase the surroundings we face everyday - our reality, one that is of our own creation, through indifference.

out of nearly 300 video clips, I selected the footage that best aligns with the theme. however, let me assure you, the unseen material is just as grotesque as what you are about to see.

this is my love letter to my birth place, with the hope that one day it will become something else, something better.
